What sparkling wine or champagne would go well with chocolate covered strawberries?
Hi, I’m doing something very romantic for my girlfriend this week and I want either a champagne or sparkling wine that will complement chocolate covered strawberries. We are not wine-drinkers so I want it to be sweet. Alcohol content is not important… maybe around %8?
Unfortunately I cannot spend very much right now. I assume that means I cannot get us champagne. I’m looking in the price range of $10-30.

Champagne refers to sparkling wines that comes specifically from the Champagne region of France; everything else is a sparkling wine, but trust me, it is a champagne.
